Director, Payment Services, Atlantic Central
Bobbi MacEachern has been working with Atlantic Central for the past 31 years in various roles. She started in the Treasury & Payments department where she worked her way up to the Supervisor. While in the position of Consultant, Credit Union Services, she assisted credit unions with Strategic Planning, Product Implementation, Operational support (including Merger support, Data Analysis, facilitating training workshops, as well as other support services. She also provided Project Management support to credit unions in developing and implementing customized programs, like the Member Strategies and Customer Relationship Management. In her current role as Director, Payment Services and Loss Prevention, Bobbi provides leadership and support to the Atlantic Credit Unions and other AC and LSM internal departments on all the payment and banking services (policies, legislative requirements, operational process changes and product offerings), including Fraud Management. Currently Bobbi participates in National meetings on the Payments initiatives, which is significantly changing the landscape of the banking industry in Canada.
Bobbi graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1995 with a B.B.A, major in Management, received her FCUIC in 1998 and in 2009 become a Certified Associate in Project Management, and Certified in Change Management Training in 2015.
