Kirsten Holt leads the distribution team which partners with Credit Unions across the country. Kirsten has worked with the Co-operators group of companies for almost 30 years in different capacities to support our collective mission of “financial security for Canadians and our communities”.
Her experience leading distribution, underwriting and product teams provides her with a broad perspective to understand the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. Her innovative and collaborative approach support success working with like-minded organizations to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
Kirsten has completed her CIP and her CFP designation. In addition, Kirsten holds a Master of Management, Cooperatives and Credit Unions from St Mary’s University where she had the opportunity to further deepen her knowledge of the business world through the unique lens of co-operation.
Kirsten lives in Calgary with her husband and two teenage children. Outside of work she loves to travel, ski, read and play padel.
