Michael Hsu is Vice President within Ipsos’ Financial Syndicated team, where he leads a dedicated team responsible for a portfolio of industry-leading studies, including the Canadian Financial Monitor (CFM), Ipsos’ flagship financial services study.
For more than 25 years, the CFM has been a trusted source of insight into the Canadian financial marketplace. The study provides a comprehensive view of Canadians’ banking behaviours, product ownership, financial well-being, financial literacy, and attitudes toward money, helping financial institutions better understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging opportunities.
Michael will share key findings from the latest wave of the Canadian Financial Monitor, with a particular focus on growth opportunities across the Atlantic region.
