Product Director, Payment Applications, Central 1
Scott Robertson is the Product Director, Payment Applications at Central 1. Scott has over 25 years’ experience with Central 1 beginning with traditional paper-based processing through the transition to image-based processing, centralized cheque returns, and image exchange. In his current role, Scott is responsible for product management of core payments including Interac e-Transfer®, Real Time Rail, and cheque processing. Scott leads a team of product managers and business analysts responsible for developing Central 1’s electronic and paper-based payments. Scott is a member of Payment Canada’s Real-Time-Rail RTR Working Group and Interac e-Transfer® Advisory Committee, and he is leading Central 1’s initiatives for RTR including transformational changes to Interac e-Transfer®.
