Chad Griffin is CEO of League Data, a technology aggregation partner to Canada’s credit union system. Under his leadership, League Data has completed one of the most ambitious core banking transformations in the Canadian credit union sector and is now advancing the next phase of its strategy across digital banking, data and analytics, APIs, AI, and operational resilience.
Chad is a strong advocate for cooperative technology aggregation as a pathway for credit unions to achieve scale while preserving their independence, identity, and connection to community. He works closely with credit union CEOs, boards, and industry partners to translate strategy into execution and to build shared capabilities that improve member experience, strengthen resilience, and help manage the increasing cost and complexity of technology.
As League Data expands its partnerships beyond Atlantic Canada, Chad is focused on demonstrating how collaboration and shared technology can create a sustainable path forward for small and mid-sized credit unions across Canada.
